BIDDING PROCEDURE ROUNDS
Round One: Subject #1 & #2 will be offered individually in numerical order.
Round Two: Subjects #1, #2, Boat and Real Estate will be added together as Subject #3 and offered in combination with a minimum raise of 3% to place the two subjects in combination. The highest bid above the minimum raise of 3% for the combination will be recorded. If there is no combination bid offered then the subjects will be sold to the successful bidders in Round One.
Round Three: If the subjects are placed in combination, each successful subject bidder from Round One will be given ONE FINAL opportunity to raise the bid on their subject and protect their position. The sum total of these raises must surpass the combination total by a minimum of 3%. If the new bids from the individual bidders surpass the combination total by the minimum then the total will be posted at the registration table.
Round Four: The subjects will again be offered in combination with a 3% minimum raise to the high bidder/s of Round Two to place the subjects in combination. If this bid is made the subjects will remain in combination and sold to the high bidder/s. If the parcel raises do not pass the combination total by the minimum, the subjects will stay in combination.
Real Estate Terms and Conditions
5% nonrefundable down payment made the day of auction with the balance due at closing. No financing or other contingencies.
Any required inspections must be completed prior to bidding. All information contained herein derived from sources deemed reliable but not warranted. Sold as is no warranties written or implied. Property will be sold free and clear of any & all liens and encumbrances. 45
days to close. Announcements the day of the auction, take precedence over all
previous advertising and statements. 5% buyer’s premium will be added to determine
the final contract price.
